A. Resolution approving the vacation of a portion of Lind Street located between Blocks 8 & 9, Columbia Park Addition (adjacent to 8th Avenue); by request of Brett Skilbred.

A. Review of Tobacco License for S4L Mankato, Inc. DBA as Smokes 4 Less.

B. Review of Liquor License for Los Dos Primos Corp, DBA Los Dos Primos.

A. Resolution authorizing the City of Mankato to enter into a Participation Agreement with Lights On! MN and to participate in the Minnesota Lights On! vehicle repair voucher program.

B. Report on "State of the City" by City Manager Susan Arntz.
