A. Motion approving Proclamation designating September 9-15, 2019, as Direct Support Professional Recognition Week in the cities of Mankato and North Mankato (by request of MRCI).
B. Motion approving Proclamation designating September 17-23, 2019, as Constitution Week in Mankato (request by Anthony Wayne Chapter in Mankato, of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution).
C. Resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow a restaurant in the Central Business District-Fringe. The subject property is described as southerly 2/3 of Lot 1, Block 10, City of Mankato (503 South Front Street); by request of Marvin Bartlett d/b/a Burrito Wings.
D. Resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow for self-storage units in the B-3, Highway Business District. The subject property is described as Lot 3, Block 1, Lowe's Addition (2015 Bassett Drive) by request of APX Construction, Inc.
