Presentation of an Ambassador Award to Richard Keir, on receiving a lifetime service award from the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota to help make Mankato more bike friendly. Keir has been instrumental in helping the city with bike-related projects along with serving on the Multi-Modal Committee.
