A. Resolution granting Conditional Use Permit to allow a restaurant in the Central Business District-Core - 520 South Front Street; by reqeust of Alexa Swindell Prosser.

B. Resolution granting a Conditional Use Permit to allow a bed and breakfast in the R-1, One-Family Dwelling District - 415 James Avenue; by request of Eli Laughlin.

C. Resolution on the proposal deeming certain parcels to be occupied by structurally substandard buildings and finding certain parcels to be covered by improvements - 507 and 515 North Riverfront Drive.

D. Resolution supporting a tax credit application for an affordable housing project - Common Bond.

I. Resolution approving the Intent to Cost Participate Agreement between Blue Earth County and the City of Mankato for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Haefner Drive and CSAH 17 (Madison Avenue).

J. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Supplemental Authorization Number 1 to the contract for professional services with Toltz, King, Day, and Anderson (TKDA) for Capital Improvement Project Number 10646; 2018 Apron and Taxilane Improvements.

K. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into Agreement No. 1028537 - Amendment No. 1 with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for the purposes of federal participation in advance construction of the extension of Adams Street.

M. Resolution amending utility fees effective July 1, 2018.

O. Set July 9, 2018, as date of public hearing for variances from Section 10.13, Subdivisions 6 & 7 to reduce the corner side yard setback and increase allowable lot coverage - Mount Olive Church, 1123 Marsh Street.

L. Resolution designating the neighborhood park in Southveiw Height II subdivision John Janavaris Park.

N. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Addendum No. 1 to a contract for professional services with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for a Water Reuse Capacity and Needs Study for Mankato Energy Center expansion.

Resolution amending the City's Land Use Plan; Ordinance rezoning property from Office Residential to B-1, Community Business; and resolulutions approving final plat, conditional use permit/certficiate of design compliance, and wetland replacment - part of Outlot A, University Courtyard; by request of Hy Vee, Inc.

7. City Manager’s Report

A. Resolutions authorizing the City Manager to enter into MnDOT Partnership Agreement Number 1030755 for professional design services and Cooperative Construction Agreement Number 1030896 for highway and levee improvements on Trunk Highway 169; Capital Improvement Project Number 10648.

B. Resolution approving the Water Resource Recovery Facility and Regional Trunk Line Long-Range Facility Plan and accepting the Wastewater Rate Study.

C. Resolution amending the wastewater treatment User Charge System (UCS) for Customer Communities.

D. Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Customer Communities to establish replacement and debt service charges.
