A. Motion approving Proclamation designating Tuesday, August 29, 2017, as Night to Unite in the City of Mankato.
B. Resolution approving State of Minnesota Joint Powers Agreements with the City of Mankato on behalf of its Public Safety Department regarding the Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC).
C. Resolution accepting bids for Capital Improvement Number 10588; Safe Routes to School Riverfront and Sibley Street Intersection Improvement.
D. Resolution authorizing the private use of public streets: 410 South Fifth Street and 421 East Hickory Street.
E. Set August 14, 2017, as date of public hearing for a variance request of Blue Earth County from Section 10.18, Subdivision 6C Number 1 of the City Code to reduce the required rear yard setback from 10' to 1', and from Section 10.18, Subdivision 7 of the City Code to increase the maximum ground area covered by structures from 60 percent. The variance is being requested for a building expansion on the existing Blue Earth County Government Center and to construct a new parking structure to replace the existing parking structure (410 South 5th Street and 403 East Jackson Street).
